Ozone generators:

We provide a full range of air & oxygen fed ozone generators from 2.5 g/h to 29kg/h and spare parts.

 

Ozone skid systems:

A wide selection of ozone skid units is available from ESCO for applications such as bottling and rinsing plants, disinfection of water circuits, swimming pools and odour removal, etc.

  

Ultraviolet systems:

In order to enable the best system to be supplied for each particular application such as disinfection, TOC reduction or advanced oxidation, ESCO can offer a wide range of standard single and multi-lamp units as well as custom designed low and medium pressure UV systems.

 

AOP skid systems:

ESCO has developed a new advanced oxidation system called ADOX-Tech.

The system is specifically designed to efficiently treat a wide range of refractory organic pollutants, COD and TOC in gas and water effluents.

The process uses optimised combinations of Ozone, UV, H2O2 and proprietary catalyst.

ESCO has two types of ozone gas destructors available:

Catalysts:

We offer a wide range of catalysts.

Our catalysts are successfully used in advanced catalytic oxidation for gas and water purification.

 

Ozone monitors:

Our offer for ozone analyzers includes ozone monitoring in the gas phase, water phase and atmosphere.

Ozone Leak detector, multipoint gas selector and ORP / REDOX- potential sensors are also available.

 

Oxygen generators:

Oxygen generators (PSA) with receiver tanks, ancillaries and spare parts are also part of our scope of supply.  The oxygen units are available in 26 standard models with capacity in the range from 1 Nm3/h to 216 Nm3/h

 

Air dryers:

ESCO supplies a complete range of refrigeration air dryers specifically designed and selected to operate with our ozone generators.

 

Nitrogen generators:

We can supply N2 units that can produce N2 on site in the quantity you require by the “pressure swing adsorption method”.

The Nitrogen N-series are available in 11 standard models with capacity in the range from 4.5 to 96 Nm3/h. ESCO can supply customised sizes up to 500 Nm3/h.

 

Air compressors:

We offer a wide range of air compressors designed and selected to meet our ozone and oxygen generating system requirements.

We also offer a wide selection of filters, filterpackages and upgrade kits for the air compressors.
